FULHAM FLUTTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS
- Fulham Football Club Foundation is the Promoter.. The Promoter administers a competition named Fulham Flutter (the “Competition”) in accordance with its Small Lottery Licence and these terms and conditions.
- The Competition shall operate from the Commencement Date until the end of the Season, and shall run for all Home Matches. Unless otherwise notified, these terms and conditions will operate for each Competition.
- Employees of the Promoter, Fulham Football Club Limited or Fulham Stadium Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to enter any of the Competitions.
- The first Competition shall open on July 15th at 10:00, and shall close at 16:30 on 24 August 2025. Following this, the Competition will operate for each Home Match during the Season.The opening and closing dates and times will be advertised on the Flutter Website and the Promoter may from time to time communicate Competition details to the email address provided by each Participant.
- The following conditions shall apply to each Competition:
- all Participants must be sixteen (16) years of age or older. Participants shall declare their age in order to enter the Competition and the Promoter reserves the right to deny the award of a Prize to any Participant who is found to be under sixteen (16) years of age;
- all Participants must reside in Great Britain. Any purchase from outside Great Britain will be considered null and void;
- entry into the Competition will be complete once Participants have completed the details required in the online form on the Flutter Website (which may include, name, date of birth and address) and has completed payment for one or more Ticket(s) purchase. Bypurchasing the Ticket(s) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions;
- each Ticket will cost £2.00 (two pounds sterling). If a Participant purchases a Season Pass, the one-off payment shall be £2.00 (two pounds sterling) multiplied by the number of Premier League home matches left in the remainder of the season; and
- once the Promoter reaches £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds sterling) arising from the sale of Tickets for each Competition, no more Tickets will be permitted to be purchased.
- Participants will be able to enter the Competition by purchasing Tickets on an individual Competition basis or through a Season Pass.
- All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than the specified time on the closing date. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into the Competition.
- There will be three (3) Winners in each Competition. Each Ticket will be randomly and automatically assigned a corresponding number by the Flutter Website Software and the Winners of each Competition will be the Participants assigned to the first three (3) numbers randomly selected by the Flutter Website’s Software. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Each Participant shall only be eligible to win one Prize per Competition. Where multiple winning numbers are associated with the same Participant in a Competition, only the highest-value Prize shall be awarded, and the remaining Prize(s) will be reallocated through a redraw.
- The Winners shall be drawn within 30 minutes of the draw closing, and shall be announced at half time during the relevant Home Match. By purchasing a Ticket, the Participant consents to their name being announced at half-time during the relevant Home Match if they are a Winner.The Promoter will publish the Winner’s surname and their Prize on the Flutter Website. A Participant may object to their surname being published or made available by contacting the Promoter directly.
- All Winners shall be informed that they have won via email, and such communication shall provide instructions on how to claim the Prize. The Promoter shall allow any Winner to either collect the Prize in person or receive the Prize via postal delivery.
- If a Winner cannot be contacted by email or does not claim their Prize within 30 days of being informed that they have won a Prize, the Promoter will reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and use the Prize for a subsequent Competition.The Promoter will have no liability to any Winners who fail to claim their Prize or who cannot be contacted.
- The Prizes shall be advertised on the Flutter Website and may change for each Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Prize is to be signed, the Promoter will endeavour to get this signed by each first team player but does not make any guarantees in this regard, save as to where the Prize is specified to be signed by a set number of individuals.For the avoidance of doubt, the identity of the player or players shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
- There is no alternative to Prizes and Prizes are non-transferable.The Promoter shall be responsible for all postage costs and shall send by a recorded delivery method if aWinner wishes to receive their Prize via postal delivery. The Winner will be responsible for any other additional costs and expenses it incurs in availing their Prize.
- The Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further payment and each Participant agrees and consents to taking part in such publicity or promotions by purchasing a Ticket. If filming is required, the Winners will be asked to consent to being filmed.If consent is given, the Winners shall assign to the Promoter all rights of any nature, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights and shall grant all further consents and/or licences necessary to enable the full, complete and perpetual use of all intellectual property worldwide by any and all means and in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter developed, without liability or acknowledgement.
- ThePromoter is the data controller and will process your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Legislation (including but not limited to Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation, PECR) and its privacy policy which is available at http://www.fulhamfc.com/privacy-policy. The data collected will be used for administration of the Competition. If you have expressly consented to receive marketing information from the Promoter, you hereby agree to receive communications related to Promoter Services and Events.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition for any reason at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions may also be amended at any time by publishing the updated terms on the Flutter Website. Any material changes will be sent to the email addresses provided by each Participant seven(7) days prior to any changes coming into effect.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Walesand any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DEFINITIONS
“Commencement Date” means the launch date of the Fulham Flutter being July 15, 2025;
“Competition” means the individual small lottery administered under the Small Lottery Licence and operated by the Foundation on the Flutter Website for each Home Match;
“Data Protection Legislation” means any applicable legal requirements relating to the privacy, use and processing of personal data, as applicable to the Club and/or you, including:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018;
- any laws or regulations implementing Council Directives 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy Directive”);
- in relevant EU countries, all relevant member state laws or regulations giving effect to the ePrivacy Directive or corresponding with the GDPR;
- in the United Kingdom, after it ceases to be an EU member state, any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations giving effect to the GDPR or ePrivacy Directive; and
- any judicial or administrative interpretation of any of the above, and any guidance, guidelines, codes of practice, approved codes of conduct or approved certification mechanisms issued by the ICO or any relevant Supervisory Authority,
in each case, as in force and applicable, and as may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time;
“Flutter Website” means https://www.fulham-flutter.com;
“Flutter Website Software” means the random number generating software on the Flutter Website that is provided by the Website Provider and used to select winners of the Prizes during each Competition;
“Foundation” means the Fulham Football Club Foundation Limited whose registered address is at Training Ground, Motspur Park, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 6PT, company number 04573248, charity number 1111639;
“Home Matches” means Men’s First Team home fixtures in the Premier League during the Season, the first Home Match being Fulham Football Club v Manchester United on 24 August 2025;
“Participant” means any individual who purchases a Ticket;
“Premier League” means Premier League Limited;
“Prize” means any of the items available to be won during each Competition from time to time;
“Promoter” means the Foundation;
“Promoter Services and Events” means newsletters, competitions, opportunities and events organised or produced by the Foundation;
“Season” means the 2025/26 Premier League season;
“Season Pass” means the one-off purchase of a Ticket that enters the Participant in all future Competitions for the remainder of the Season;
“Small Lottery Licence” means the Promoter’s registration with the Council of Kingston to run a non-commercial society lottery under registration number 24/01032/GSSLR;
“Ticket” means any form of entry purchased by the Participant, including a one-off purchase or a Season Pass; and
“Website Provider” means, the freelance agent that designed and created the Flutter Website who is under contract with the Promoter; and
“Winner” means a Participant who wins a Prize in a Competition in accordance with these Terms.
